Futures Training Center
How I Turned Social Media Into a High-Performance Lead Engine
Since August 2024, I’ve served as the sole Digital Marketing partner for Futures Training Center (Corona & Long Beach). I handled everything — social media strategy, content creation, paid advertising, website design and optimization in Wix Studio, form building, lead tracking, & monthly performance reporting.
My goal was to transform their social media presence from a secondary channel into a consistent, measurable source of new Memberships, Summer Camp Registrations, and Academy Enrollments.

A Complete System for Consistent Growth
Social Media Performance & Growth

Since August 2024, I have managed the entire social media presence for Futures Training Center across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, & TikTok.
My approach combined consistent organic content with strategic paid advertising, with the goal of increasing visibility, building trust with families, and driving qualified traffic to the website.
The results across all platforms have been strong, with several channels showing significant year-over-year growth.
Instagram Performance
Instagram has been the strongest and most consistent performing platform. Organic views increased from a 2024 monthly average of 168,700 to a 2025 monthly average of 414,700 — representing a +146% increase. This growth was driven by a combination of higher-quality content, better posting consistency, and improved audience engagement.
Interactions (likes, comments, shares, and saves) also rose substantially, and link taps to the website increased significantly. In addition, I introduced and scaled paid advertising on Instagram, which added meaningful reach and helped amplify high-performing organic content. Reach and follower growth both improved as well, with net follower gains becoming more consistent throughout 2025 and into 2026.
TikTok Performance
TikTok delivered some of the most impressive growth numbers. Video views and reach grew from relatively low levels in early periods to consistently reaching 100,000 – 200,000+ views per month during peak periods in 2025. Engagement (likes, comments, and shares) increased dramatically as well, often reaching several thousand engagements per month during strong periods.
Net follower growth on TikTok was also strong, with multiple months delivering 100–500+ new followers. This platform became an important discovery channel for new families who were not previously familiar with Futures Training Centers.
Facebook Performance
Facebook showed solid improvement, particularly as paid advertising was introduced and scaled. Organic views increased from lower levels to more consistent performance throughout 2025. When paid campaigns were added, total views rose significantly, with several months exceeding 50,000 – 100,000+ combined organic and paid views.
Link clicks and website visits from Facebook also increased meaningfully once paid amplification was implemented. Follower growth remained steady, and content interactions improved as the page became more active and targeted content reached the right local audience.
YouTube Performance
YouTube grew into a more meaningful channel over time. Monthly views increased from an average of roughly 5,000 in earlier periods to 12,000 – 20,000+ during stronger months in 2025. Watch time also increased substantially, often exceeding 100 hours per month during peak periods.
New subscriber growth improved as well, with several months delivering 30–80+ new subscribers. YouTube has become a valuable long-term asset for families researching training programs, as video content tends to have higher retention and trust-building value.
Overall Social Media Impact
Across all platforms, social media shifted from a supporting channel to a major driver of awareness and website traffic. The combination of stronger organic content and well-targeted paid advertising resulted in significantly higher reach, engagement, and clicks to the website. This directly contributed to the increase in form submissions and leads discussed in the website performance section.
I focused on creating platform-specific content strategies rather than repurposing the same posts everywhere. Instagram and TikTok received more short-form, high-energy video content, while Facebook was used for both organic updates and targeted local advertising. YouTube was prioritized for longer-form, high-value content that supports the sales process.
This multi-platform approach helped Futures Training Centers reach families at different stages of awareness — from discovery on TikTok to research and decision-making on YouTube and Instagram.

Website Performance & Lead Generation Growth
Beyond social media, one of the most significant areas of growth came from the Futures Training Centers website itself.
Since taking over the digital marketing in August 2024, I completely redesigned and optimized their Wix website with a focus on user experience, speed, and conversion.
The goal was to turn website visitors into actual bookings for Memberships, Summer Camp, and the Academy.
The results have been substantial.

Overall Website Traffic Growth
Website sessions increased dramatically. New site sessions grew from an average of roughly 545 per month in the earlier period to an average of over 1,350 per month throughout 2025 — representing more than a 2.5x increase in new visitors. Returning sessions also grew significantly, rising from an average of 271 per month to between 700 and 1,100+ in peak months. This shows not only stronger acquisition but also improved retention and engagement with the site over time.
Page Views & Engagement
Monthly page views on the site rose from the low-to-mid thousands to consistently 7,000 – 11,500+ during 2025. This increase in engagement indicates that visitors were spending more time exploring programs, schedules, and location information before submitting inquiries.
Form Submissions & Lead Volume
The most important metric — actual form submissions — saw major improvement. Total monthly form submissions increased from the 80–120 range in the early months to a 2025 average of approximately 280 submissions per month, with several months exceeding 330–475 submissions. This represents a roughly 2.5x to 3x increase in monthly lead volume compared to pre-optimization periods.
Breakdown by Program
-
Membership Form: Submissions grew steadily and became more consistent month-over-month. The membership form alone was regularly generating 70–100+ qualified leads per month during peak periods in 2025.
-
Academy Form: Academy inquiries increased significantly, with several months seeing 50–80+ submissions. This growth helped support expansion efforts at both the Corona and Long Beach locations.
-
Summer Camp Form: When active, the summer camp form performed very strongly, with multiple months generating 150–220+ submissions. This directly supported one of their highest-revenue seasons.
Conversion Into Actual Bookings
Increased form submissions translated into real appointments and enrollments. Total monthly appointments booked through the website rose from the 30–60 range to consistently 80–120+ during strong months in 2025. This improvement shows that the combination of better traffic quality and optimized forms led to higher conversion rates, not just more submissions.
Key Website Improvements That Drove Results
I focused on several specific areas to improve performance:
-
Redesigned the overall site structure and navigation for clarity
-
Created dedicated, high-converting landing pages and forms for Memberships, Academy, and Summer Camps
-
Improved page speed and mobile experience
-
Added clearer calls-to-action and simplified the booking process
-
Implemented proper tracking so we could see exactly which pages and sources were driving submissions
These changes helped turn the website from a digital brochure into a functional sales tool that works around the clock to generate leads.
